Privacy notice

This staging service collects business contact information submitted through supplier and licensing forms. It is used to review inventory, respond to licensing requests, maintain an audit trail and prevent abuse.

Data collected

Business name, contact name, business email, website, use-case information, rights-basis information and details you choose to submit.

Storage

Structured workflow data is stored in Cloudflare D1 configured for EU jurisdiction. Licensed files are not accepted through public forms.

Retention and rights

Staging records are retained only as long as needed to evaluate the workflow. Requests regarding access, correction or deletion can be sent to contact@deepscilabs.com.
