Staging terms

DeepSci Data is currently a staging platform. Catalog entries marked “Demo inventory” are synthetic demonstrations and are not offers to license a live dataset.

No automatic contract

Quotes are indicative and non-binding. Submitting a supplier or buyer form does not create a license, purchase obligation, agency relationship or exclusivity commitment.

Rights warranty

Suppliers must only submit information about data they are legally entitled to license or sublicense. Do not upload third-party confidential information or personal data without a documented lawful basis and appropriate rights.

Final license

Commercial use of a real dataset requires a separate written license specifying permitted use, territory, term, redistribution, model-training rights, warranties and other applicable terms.
