Scope
This notice applies to Kultara services operated by DeepSci Labs LLC. The exact information processed can depend on the version of the app, the features you use, device permissions and your account configuration.
Information that may be processed
- account and contact information you provide;
- app settings, preferences, saved items and product interactions needed to provide requested features;
- technical, diagnostic and security information needed to maintain reliability and prevent abuse;
- support correspondence and attachments you choose to send;
- subscription or transaction status supplied by the relevant app store.
App Store payments
Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple. DeepSci Labs does not receive your full payment-card details from an App Store purchase; it may receive transaction or subscription status needed to provide access and support.
Purposes
- provide and personalize requested product functionality;
- maintain accounts, subscriptions and entitlements;
- respond to support and privacy requests;
- measure product reliability and improve the service;
- detect abuse, fraud or security issues;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Permissions
If a Kultara feature requests device permissions, the operating system will present the relevant permission controls. You can change supported permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, subject to account, security, contractual and legal requirements. We use proportionate technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may have rights over your personal information depending on your location. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, use DeepSci Labs contact and select a privacy-related inquiry.
Third-party services
Kultara can rely on platform or infrastructure providers to deliver app distribution, payments, diagnostics, hosting or communications. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services.
