1) Who we are

DeepSci Labs LLC (“DeepSci Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”) designs, builds, and operates software products and digital services, including mobile applications, AI-driven solutions, and HTML5 gaming portals. These Terms govern your access to and use of deepscilabs.com and any sites, apps, or services we operate (collectively, the “Services”).

2) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

8) Your content & feedback

If you submit content (e.g., messages, inquiries, feedback), you grant DeepSci Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and reproduce that content to operate and improve the Services. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

9) Third-party services & links

The Services may reference or integrate third-party sites, tools, SDKs, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party materials. Your use of them may be subject to those parties’ terms and privacy policies.

10) No warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSCI LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSCI LABS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed US $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the relevant limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DeepSci Labs harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, for any dispute not subject to arbitration or that cannot be resolved informally.
