DeepSci Labs LLC (“DeepSci Labs”, “we”, “us”) operates deepscilabs.com and related products and services (the “Services”).

2) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Use of the Services

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or disrupt their operation; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated means except as permitted by law; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

If you create an account or submit forms, you’re responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for safeguarding your credentials. We may contact you about service, security, or legal notices using the email you provide.

5) Purchases, trials, and subscriptions (if any)

Pricing, terms, and renewal/cancellation rules are shown at checkout or in the relevant app store listing. App-store terms (e.g., Apple App Store/Google Play) may also apply.

6) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all code, designs, text, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials in the Services are owned by DeepSci Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except a limited right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7) Your submissions & feedback

If you send content or feedback (e.g., messages, files, links), you grant DeepSci Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and reproduce it to operate, secure, and improve the Services. Submit only content you have the right to share.

8) Third-party services & links

The Services may reference or integrate third-party sites, SDKs, or content. We don’t control third-party materials and aren’t responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to their components.

11) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSCI LABS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to US $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. 12) Indemnification

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for policy, legal, or security reasons.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
